RItrainPlus

For the first time, research infrastructures (RIs) will team up with core facilities (CFs) and European universities to transform the access to and empowerment of human resources for national and international scientific facilities in Europe. The EU-funded RItrainPlus project is behind this initiative. Its goal is to design and deliver a training programme to achieve all competency requirements for the current and future managers of European RIs and CFs. By driving excellence, operational improvements and long-term sustainability of European RIs and CFs, the project will develop formal learning activities (executive postgraduate courses), as well as learning on the job and peer learning within all RIs and CFs.
